Contractor in Northern Virginia
Working Here Since 2020
Our shop is one bridge away, across the Woodrow Wilson from Alexandria. We rebuild after insurance losses, turn rentals, build out commercial space and lay floors in Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax and the rest of Northern Virginia.
Northern Virginia Is One Bridge Away
Our shop is in Bryans Road, Maryland, across the Potomac from Mount Vernon. Northern Virginia is one bridge away: the Woodrow Wilson Bridge, on the Capital Beltway.
Cross it and you are in Alexandria. Keep going and the Beltway takes you to Springfield, Annandale, Falls Church, Tysons and the Dulles Toll Road.
The local concept
Jurisdiction Patchwork
Jurisdiction patchwork is how Northern Virginia is governed: Arlington and Fairfax counties, plus independent cities like Alexandria, Falls Church and Fairfax that each run their own permit office.
A Falls Church or Alexandria mailing address can sit in Fairfax County. Which office reviews your work depends on the line your property sits on, not the name on the envelope.

What Northern Virginia Calls Us For
Insurance Reconstruction
Condo and townhouse rebuilds
Water from the unit above in an Arlington tower, smoke through a shared wall in an Alexandria rowhouse. We document and rebuild each unit for the claim. Smoke damage restoration in Northern Virginia and fire damage restoration in Northern Virginia follow the same order: the remediation first, then the rebuild. Ceiling leak repair in a Virginia condo can involve two policies, the association's and yours.

Rentals near Fort Belvoir and George Mason
Houses rented to people working at Fort Belvoir, and townhouses rented to George Mason students, come back on their own calendars. We turn them on yours.
More on rental turnovers →Commercial Contracting
Office suites from Rosslyn to Reston
Office space along the Orange and Silver lines, from Rosslyn and Crystal City out to Reston, is re-let suite by suite. We build out each one and coordinate the trades, as the tenant improvement contractor in Virginia for owners and tenants alike.
More on commercial contracting →Flooring
Floors under association rules
Many Virginia condo associations set flooring and underlayment rules. We check them first, then install plank, carpet or tile to them.
