ANNANDALE
Home Repair & Contractor Services
A supply line let go in the split-level, or your shop on Little River Turnpike has a new tenant coming. We trace water through all three floors of a split-level and handle refits up and down the turnpike.
Annandale Is a Postwar Suburb That Runs on Small Business
Annandale is brick ramblers and split-levels from the 1950s and 1960s, with one of the busiest small-business strips in Northern Virginia running through the middle.
That strip is Little River Turnpike. If you own a restaurant, a salon or an office on it, the work you need is different from the work your house needs, and we do both.
The local concept
The Turnpike Strip
The turnpike strip is the run of shopping centers, restaurants and small offices along Little River Turnpike (VA 236) through the middle of Annandale, known for its Korean restaurants and businesses.
Spaces on the strip change hands often and most are small. Each new tenant needs walls moved, a ceiling patched and floors replaced, usually on a tight lease start.
Why Annandale calls us
Refits on Little River Turnpike
Restaurants, salons and offices on the turnpike and on Columbia Pike change tenants. Demolition, framing, drywall, ceilings and finishes are ours. The plumbing and electrical subs work to our schedule.
Commercial Contracting →Split-level water damage
A split-level spreads a leak across three short floors. When a supply line or water heater lets go, we trace the water through each level, dry it and rebuild what was lost.
Insurance Reconstruction →Houses rented near NOVA
Rental houses and garden apartments near the Northern Virginia Community College Annandale campus change tenants on the school calendar. We paint, patch, swap worn floors and fixtures and close out the punch list.
Rental Turnovers →Oak under the carpet
Many 1950s and 1960s Annandale houses have oak floors under old carpet. We pull a corner first, then refinish, repair or replace with plank depending on what is there.

Annandale Questions
Do you build out restaurants on Little River Turnpike?+
Yes. We take the construction side of a restaurant or retail refit and bring the plumbing, electrical and HVAC trades into one project and one schedule.
Annandale is not a town. Who reviews permits?+
Right, it has no government of its own. Fairfax County Land Development Services reviews the work.
Can you work on a split-level that took water on two levels?+
Yes. We follow the water from the level where it started to every level it reached, dry it and rebuild each room.
Is there really hardwood under my carpet?+
In a lot of Annandale houses from that era, yes. We lift a corner in a closet and you see it before deciding anything.
