Facility Condition Audit
Deferred maintenance is easy to ignore because nobody has written it down. Until someone does, it cannot be budgeted, and it tends to surface at the worst time, during a lease renewal, a sale or a capital planning meeting.
The Facility Condition Audit is a full walk-through of your commercial facility. You get a list of the deferred maintenance we found and what each item will cost to fix.
Who it is for

Questions
Do I have to hire you for the work on the list?
No. The list is yours to use with any contractor or to plan a budget around.
Our audits are based on accessible conditions observed during the visit and on information you provide. They are not engineering reports, laboratory tests, insurance coverage determinations, code compliance certifications or structural evaluations, and they cannot rule out hidden conditions.
