Facility Maintenance Agreement
Commercial buildings rarely fail all at once. A stained ceiling tile stays up for a month, a floor transition starts to lift, a door stops closing on its own. By the time someone writes it all down, the list is long enough to need a contractor and a budget.
The Facility Maintenance Agreement puts that list on a calendar. Four times a year we walk the facility, write down what has slipped and work through the punch list, including the flooring touch-ups that commercial floors need long before they need replacing.
Who it is for
Owners and managers of offices, retail space, medical suites and other commercial facilities in Maryland, Washington DC and Northern Virginia who would rather fix small problems on a schedule than hear about them from a tenant.
What is included
- A walk-through of the facility every quarter
- A written punch list from each walk-through
- Completion of the punch list items your agreement covers
- Flooring touch-ups as part of each visit
How it works
- 1We walk the facility once with you and agree what the agreement covers.
- 2You get a price for your facility and the quarterly schedule in writing.
- 3Each quarter we walk the building, write the punch list and work through it.
- 4Anything larger than a punch list item is priced separately, and nothing outside the agreement starts without your approval.
Questions
What if a walk-through finds something bigger than a touch-up?
We write it up and give you a separate price. You decide whether and when it gets done.
Can one agreement cover several buildings?
Each facility is priced on its own, and the walk-throughs can be scheduled together.
