A shell space in Old Town became a full-service restaurant. We coordinated front- and back-of-house construction to a hard opening date.
Opening day
Delivered on the date
An Old Town operator leased a raw shell and had a fixed opening date driven by marketing and staffing. Every trade had to hit its milestone to make it.
We built out front-of-house finishes and back-of-house rough construction to health-code requirements, ordered long-lead items early, and managed inspections so nothing stalled. One project manager kept framing, drywall, flooring, and finish moving in sequence.
The restaurant opened on its scheduled date. Early ordering of long-lead materials and managed inspections kept the aggressive timeline intact.
