The Challenge
The tenant needed to convert closed offices into collaborative space and new conference rooms, while staff kept working on the floor throughout the project.
What We Did
We phased the work and ran the noisy scopes after hours. Metal-stud partitions, acoustical ceilings, glass, flooring, and paint were coordinated with the tenant's MEP trades under one schedule, with inspections managed to keep the delivery date.
