Commercial Suite Interior Finish
A commercial suite taken to a finished, paint-ready shell: metal-stud partitions, drywall hung and finished, and the space left clean for fit-out.

What the job had to solve
Commercial work runs to a schedule other trades depend on. The partitions have to meet the ratings in the drawings, the finish level has to suit the lighting, and the space has to be ready on the date the next trade is booked.
Work performed
- Metal-stud partition framing to the drawings
- Fire-rated assemblies where the plans call for them
- Drywall hang, tape and finish at the specified level
- Corner bead and reveals set straight
- Prime and finish paint
- Site cleaned and left ready for the following trade

How the work ran
- 1Read the drawings and confirm ratings and finish levels before starting.
- 2Frame the partitions and hold the openings to the plan.
- 3Hang and finish the board, working to the specified finish level.
- 4Paint, then clean the space properly.
- 5Hand over on the date the schedule needs, not after it.
The result
A paint-ready commercial shell that meets the drawings and does not hold up the trades behind it.
