How fast can you come out and start?
Most repairs can be priced from photos within a day or two and scheduled from there. What sets the start date is usually material lead time and permits rather than crew availability.
Estimates
A lot of repair work can be priced from clear photographs and a description, which means you get a written number without waiting for a site visit. Send a wide shot and a close-up of the damage, and say what caused it if you know.
Larger and multi-trade projects need someone on site, because a scope written from photographs of a whole house is a scope with surprises in it.
Urgent repairs
We do not run an emergency service. We answer every day, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and a request that comes in by form, email or voicemail outside those hours is answered during business hours.
For anything active, say the property address, what is happening, and whether the building is open to weather. For fire, gas or anyone at risk, call 911 or the utility first.
What actually delays a start
Permits and inspections, which run on the county timetable rather than ours. Long lead materials such as cabinets, doors, windows and some flooring. Decisions still open, particularly finish selections. Another trade that has not finished.
Crew availability is rarely the constraint. We schedule in windows and tell you which of the above is holding a date rather than giving you one we cannot keep.
