After mitigation or demolition
Get a Written Post-Mitigation Reconstruction Scope
If mitigation or demolition left open walls, missing flooring, exposed framing, disconnected finishes, or an unusable room, APAS creates a written reconstruction plan to take the property from open damage to finished use.
Mitigation removed the damaged material. This written scope shows what it takes to rebuild the space and make it usable again.
$399-$699 · Credited 100% toward reconstruction work of $7,500+ booked within 30 days · Delivered in 2 to 3 business days after the site visit.
When this is the right document
The dry-out crew has packed up and left you with studs, subfloor and a room you cannot use.
Homeowners, landlords and property managers holding a mitigation invoice and no plan for the rebuild.
How this differs from a free estimate
Our estimates are free and always will be. An estimate prices work when the scope is already clear. This document is for when it is not: several problems, several trades, and no agreed order to do them in. You are paying for the walkthrough, the photo documentation and a written plan you keep.
The full report fee is credited toward APAS reconstruction work of $7,500 or more, booked within 30 days of delivery.

What this document is not
- ·It is not mitigation or drying. If the property is still wet, call us for emergency response first.
- ·It is not an insurance coverage determination, and we are not public adjusters. We document the construction scope; your carrier decides coverage.
Scope limitation: This document is a visual repair-planning report based on accessible conditions observed during the site visit and information provided by the customer. It is not an engineering report, laboratory test, insurance coverage determination, code-compliance certification, structural evaluation, or guarantee that hidden conditions do not exist. Additional work may be required if concealed conditions are discovered after work begins.
